He represents the strategic shareholder at AlShall Syria, providing institutional alignment, governance oversight, and regional capital connectivity across Kuwait and the GCC.

Economist with over two decades at the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development (Kuwait), specializing in infrastructure financing, sovereign project appraisal, and public-private partnership (PPP) structuring across multiple Arab countries.
